Morning Practice Challenge

The 7-Day Morning Practice Challenge, created by Tommy Rosen of Recovery 2.0, is a free program to reduce stress, overcome loneliness, and improve relationships through a daily 16-minute practice. Rosen, drawing from his personal experience with addiction recovery, developed this holistic approach to address underlying issues like codependency and negative thinking. The challenge promises to help participants reduce stress, gain calmness, think more clearly, and transform relationships.
