Beachy Head Chaplaincy

Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team (BHCT) is a search and rescue charity dedicated to saving lives at Beachy Head, Eastbourne. They patrol on foot and by car, responding to emergency calls to locate at-risk individuals. Using crisis intervention skills, BHCT chaplains offer supportive listening and encourage alternatives to suicide. They work alongside local services to help people access support. All chaplains are Christians and members of local churches.
