Codependents Anonymous UK

Codependents Anonymous (CoDA) was established in the eighties by a team of medical practitioners, specialised within the recovery space. The programme itself supports those who struggle with dysfunctional relationships, addictions, depression, and staying in violent situations. Many of us come to a point when we must look beyond ourselves for help. Codependents Anonymous meetings run 24/7  IRL and online.
