Voda is a mental health app specifically designed for the LGBTQIA+ community. The app offers self-guided therapy programs created by leading LGBTQIA+ psychotherapists, addressing the unique challenges faced by queer individuals that traditional mental health approaches may not adequately cover. The app’s programs are based on evidence-backed psychotherapy methods, including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
