10 Days Of Happiness

10 Days of Happiness is a free online program designed to boost well-being through daily activities based on positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural science research. Participants receive a new activity each day via email or SMS (in the UK) from a virtual coach named Abi. The program, developed by Action for Happiness during the COVID-19 pandemic, aims to provide an accessible introduction to the 10 Keys to Happier Living in just 10 days.
