CALM

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a UK charity dedicated to preventing suicide. They offer a free, anonymous helpline and webchat services, provoking conversations and bringing people together to reject living miserably and prevent suicide. CALM aims to change the fact that 125 people die by suicide every week, with 75% being male. They provide support, challenge stigma, and promote unity against suicide.
